Sleep Facts


While we spend a third of our life doing it, few of us really know much about the processes that go on when we sleep. Why do we dream? What happens to our bodies when we sleep? In fact, why do we need to sleep?

For most people it's ok since you don't need to know what goes on in order to get the rest you need and energize your body. However, when you're trying to improve your sleeping habits, having some facts at hand help. Any change you make will be greatly enhanced by making informed decisions, instead of stabbing blindly without good knowledge.
