How to Choose Sleepwear for Men |
|
Choose one made from a comfortable material, like cotton or polyester. Cotton is always the first choice for comfort and breathing room it provides. Silk, while it looks and feels nice, may prove too thin a material for lower temperatures. Flannel, nylon, and wool are good for cold climates as they are fabrics that generally keep heat in. * Choose the pajama combination you like Make sure to try on the suit to see if its comfortable enough for you. Check if the collars, buttons, pockets or other accessories do not interfere with your comfort. Always remember that you are no longer confined to wearing that suit with long loose pajama pants. Some suits now come with boxers, robes, loose shorts, and other combinations. * Choose based on your sleeping conditions If you'll sleep in cold weather, choose thicker, longer, warmer clothes. If you sleep in areas with some bugs, choose clothes that will ocver your skin. If your sleeping area is warm, buy thin, breathable clothes. Avoid clothes that are too tight. They can restrict sleep when they are too close fitting. Avoid tight garters and waistbands, as well as big bulky buttons. |
