Going to Bed


Sometimes, you sleep easily.

Other times, you toss and turn till its the wee hours of the morning.

Staying awake, lying in bed is one of the most unproductive activities you can engage in. It does nothing for you other than make you worry about the day past or the day ahead.

At different times, we may want to sleep earlier, later, longer, shorter, deeper or lighter. Sleep is one of those things most people never really bothered taking control of. In fact, there is much we can do to sleep at the time we want to or push back the tiredness to get a little more work in before we end our day.
