Peanut Butter Shake Recipe


Here’s a little cheating for a special day when you’re craving for some sweets. This is loaded with protein and healthy unsaturated fat.

INGREDIENTS:

2 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix (dry)
1 tbsp natural peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
8 oz. water (or low-fat milk)
3-6 ice cubes

PREPARATION:

1. Add all ingredients to the blender.

2. Blend at medium speed until slushy and pour into a travel mug.
