For anemic conditions, a combination of watercress, horseradish and spinach is highly recommended. They will help aid the blood problems as well as avoid issues associated with them, like headaches, faintness, weakness, shakiness, anxiety and actual fainting.
For more serious conditions, further medical treatment is highly recommended but for common functional anemia - those common in people under emotional stress - treatment by juicing is usually helpful enough. Take lots of foods rich in iron, like sweet potato leaves.
