Great-Tasting Apricot Shake Recipe


MINERAL CONTENTS:

Apricot is known for so many health benefits. It is a good source of vitamin A. Apricots, dried under the sun, have a high iron content. This tasty apricot shake makes a great tasty drink recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

3 oz. Apricot Nectar
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Lime Juice (Fresh)
1 oz. Cherry Syrup
6 ice cubes

PREPARATION:

1. Pour the apricot nectar and the pineapple juice.

2. Add the ice, water, fresh lime juice and cherry syrup

3. Blend at medium speed until slushy and pour into a tall glass.
