Early on with Quickie Sheets, I often talked about the Warrior Diet, a diet based on undereating during the day and overeating at night. For my daytime nourishment, I evolved into a diet of fresh fruit and vegetable juices and shakes. It’s been one of my most useful undertakings, getting me in good shape and putting me in great health.
