MINERAL CONTENTS:
Fresh apricots are a good source of vitamin A and dried apricots have a high iron content. Pineapples are rich in vitamins A, B, and C.
Adding the strawberry will give the shake a coarse tasty texture that you can chew on.
INGREDIENTS:
1 fresh apricot, diced
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 banana
6 strawberries
1 tbsp. skim milk powder
1 1/2 crushed ice
1 heaping tbsp. high- quality protein powder
1 tsp. flax seed oil (optional)
PREPARATION:
1. Dump the apricot, pineapple and strawberries into the blender.
2. Add ice, skim milk, and protein powder
3. Blend at medium speed until smooth. Pour into a glass or travel mug and serve.
