Morning exercise has one more benefit past the obvious fitness and weight loss results it generates: better sleep patterns. An experiment recently published on the CNN website pointed to several women with sleeping problems put through a series of morning exercises lasting a mere 15 minutes. An unprecented 70% improvement in sleep patterns ensued, posing the question: are we really just a bunch of unhealthy individuals? The hissing sound kept at moderate levels has helped numerous people both relax and catch slumber. 1.
