How to Sleep Better

Good sleep is vital to function well both physically and mentally.

What defines ideal sleep? For me, it’s the following:

1. Short enough to allow me more waking hours

2. Long enough to get me rested

Defining the exact number of how short and long it needs to be has been argued about by many brilliant people. For example, Napoleon once said only lazy people slept eight hours. Einstein, on the other hand, demanded 10 hours of sleep every night for himself.

I personally need only 4 to 5 hours a night.

This section of my website presents strategies, techniques and aids you can use to assist you in getting the sleep that you want, whether you only want 3 hours or 12 hours of it.

Check out our Going To Bed section if you have trouble dozing off and tend to stay awake way past the bedtime you set for yourself.
